Repair and data-recovery outcomes depend on the condition of the equipment and cannot be guaranteed. Specific scope, pricing and authorization should be agreed before work begins.

Remote support

Only install remote-access software or provide a session code after independently confirming you are communicating with Creighton Computer Services. Never provide banking passwords or unrelated account credentials.
