When you submit a contact or appointment form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, requested time and description of your support need. We also store a one-way hash of the submitting IP address for spam prevention.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond, schedule service, prevent abuse and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, financial information or remote-access codes. Records are retained only as needed for service, security and legal obligations.
