Customers are not allowed inside the repair shop, so service is handled by phone, text, drop-off, pickup, and return delivery options.

- The device is diagnosed and repaired.
- You are contacted with updates.
- Pick up the device or request return delivery.
Pickup & delivery
Repair help without entering the shop
Pickup and delivery may be available for a small fee based on mileage and current diesel fuel cost. Pickup and return delivery are calculated based on the travel required. If a device is picked up and later delivered back, the charged travel may include the trip to the customer and the return trip to the shop for pickup, plus the delivery trip back to the customer. The final return trip back to the shop after dropping off the repaired device is not charged.
