Repair work should come with clear expectations.
We want customers to know what is covered, what is not, and when a part, operating system, failing drive, or old machine may have limits beyond any repair shop’s control.
One-year workmanship warranty
Qualifying repairs include a one-year warranty on workmanship. If the same workmanship-related issue returns, contact us so we can review it. Parts may carry their own manufacturer or supplier warranty, and coverage can vary by part type and source.
Important limits
- Failing drives, liquid damage, severe malware, electrical damage, and physical damage can create unpredictable results.
- Data recovery cannot be guaranteed, especially when storage media is mechanically or electronically failing.
- Software updates, third-party apps, online accounts, and manufacturer changes may affect devices after service.
- Customer-provided parts may have limited or no warranty through the shop.
Before repair begins
We explain practical options first: repair, upgrade, backup, remote support, pickup/delivery, or replacement. The goal is to help you spend money wisely.
